Confidentiality First

At Raqib SecOps, we handle extremely sensitive vulnerability data for our clients. We treat all engagements with strict confidentiality by default.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Before any testing begins, or before you share specific architectural details of your application, we will execute a mutual NDA to ensure your intellectual property and sensitive security information remain legally protected.

Data Processing & Storage

All engagement data, vulnerability reports, and artifacts are stored in encrypted environments. Only the senior security consultants actively working on your engagement will have access to this data.

Data Deletion Policy

We retain engagement reports and vulnerability data for a standard period of 12 months post-engagement for the purpose of validation and re-testing. After this period, or upon your explicit written request, all data pertaining to the engagement is permanently deleted from our systems.
