When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, application URL, and any additional information you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your security assessment inquiry, provide a fixed-price quote, and conduct the agreed engagement.
Who can access it
Only senior pentesters at Raqib SecOps directly involved in your engagement. Submissions are forwarded via an encrypted webhook; no third-party analytics or marketing tools receive your data.
Retention period
Engagement data is retained for 12 months after the engagement closes, then permanently deleted unless you request otherwise in writing.
NDA & confidentiality
All engagements are conducted under mutual NDA from the first response. You may request a signed NDA before any information about your application is shared.
Deletion requests
Email rtocyber@gmail.com to request deletion of your data at any time.
Security disclosure
If you discover a security issue with our website, please disclose it responsibly via our security.txt.
